The main challenge set by the clients was to design multiple functional rooms within a complex geometric layout — all while working around load-bearing structures and incorporating the geometry harmoniously into the design. To address this, we proposed a style of soft minimalism, which allowed us to preserve a sense of light and openness despite the intricacy of the layout.
Key elements of this aesthetic include floor-to-ceiling doors, frameless lighting fixtures, and recessed shadow skirting. The palette is centered around subtle, unobtrusive tones and textures that lend the space a refined and sophisticated character. Such combinations work best when proportions are precise and textures are thoughtfully balanced.
The interior is built on a dusty beige base, enhanced with smooth wood finishes and plain fabrics. Final accents include original lighting pieces, carefully selected furniture, soft ambient light, and curated art objects.
